What you will do

• Assist members with deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and opening new accounts.
• Proactively educate members on Credit Union products and actively cross-sell loan and deposit services.
• Establish long-term trust and personal connections with members through a consultative approach.
• Manage a sales pipeline by scheduling follow-ups and identifying member needs.
• Provide notarial services, including authenticating documents and verifying identities.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve moderately complex member issues.

Requirements

• High School diploma required; some college preferred.
• Location: Must be based in Minneapolis, MN.
• Notary license required upon hire.
• Ability to obtain a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) unique qualifier (NMLS registration number).
• Proven sales skills and 1 year of member service or retail banking experience preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office and comfortable with self-service technology.
