Salary: $126,423 - $211,134

What you will do

• Lead multi-discipline teams of engineers and technicians on high-profile municipal projects.
• Prepare complex engineering deliverables, calculations, and material recommendations for large-scale projects.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and quality requirements across multiple disciplines.
• Interface with clients to identify interests, resolve concerns, and support business development.
• Supervise and mentor engineering staff, identifying professional growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited program.
• Minimum of 5 years of related work experience.
• Active engineering registration or licensure to support Engineer of Record (EOR) requirements.
• Must be able to complete pre-employment background checks, drug screens, and motor vehicle records search.
• No visa sponsorship available.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in engineering consulting.
• Experience executing multi-discipline WTP and WWTP upgrades and expansion projects.
