What you will do

• Develop municipal infrastructure projects from conceptual design through final construction documents.
• Perform technical research and design support for water, wastewater, and drainage systems under PE direction.
• Prepare construction drawings, reports, specifications, and engineering cost estimates.
• Coordinate tasks, schedules, and budgets across multiple concurrent projects.
• Support construction administration via RFIs, submittals, and field coordination.
• Collaborate with internal engineering teams, subconsultants, and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 2–6 years of progressive experience in civil engineering.
• Experience with municipal/public works infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of underground utility systems (water, wastewater, drainage).
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• FE Exam completed and EIT certification.
• Experience in construction document preparation and administration.
• Familiarity with civil infrastructure design tools and workflows.
• Strong interest in pursuing professional licensure (PE).
