Location: Remote (Seattle, WA) with required site visits. Must be based in the US and hold or be able to obtain PE licensure in OR and/or WA
Salary: $110,000 - $150,000 per year

What you will do
- Act as Lead Engineer and Project Manager for multiple stormwater projects, ensuring quality, scope, and budget adherence.
- Serve as Engineer of Record to develop technical analyses and innovative management solutions using advanced modeling tools.
- Prepare comprehensive stormwater management plans, technical reports, and permitting documents.
- Lead estimating and proposal efforts, creating technical approaches and value propositions for new opportunities.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing specialists.
- Mentor and train junior team members in technical excellence and client relationship management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or equivalent work experience.
- Professional Engineer (PE) licensure in OR and/or WA, or ability to obtain it within 6 months.
- 15+ years of progressive experience in stormwater engineering.
- Advanced proficiency in modeling software (WWHM, MGS Flood, HydroCAD) and design tools (ArcGIS, Civil 3D).
- Strong understanding of stormwater and water resource permitting requirements in WA and/or OR.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for site visits.
