Salary: $110,000 - $150,000 per year

What you will do

• Act as Lead Engineer and Project Manager for multiple stormwater projects, ensuring quality, scope, and budget adherence.
• Serve as Engineer of Record to develop technical analyses and innovative management solutions using advanced modeling tools.
• Prepare comprehensive stormwater management plans, technical reports, and permitting documents.
• Lead estimating and proposal efforts, creating technical approaches and value propositions for new opportunities.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing specialists.
• Mentor and train junior team members in technical excellence and client relationship management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or equivalent work experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) licensure in OR and/or WA, or ability to obtain it within 6 months.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in stormwater engineering.
• Advanced proficiency in modeling software (WWHM, MGS Flood, HydroCAD) and design tools (ArcGIS, Civil 3D).
• Strong understanding of stormwater and water resource permitting requirements in WA and/or OR.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for site visits.
