What you will do

• Lead the planning and design of infrastructure projects, including treatment facilities, pump stations, and pipelines.
• Prepare and oversee engineering reports, technical specifications, construction drawings, and cost estimates.
• Manage projects through the design phase and provide essential support during bidding and construction.
• Coordinate closely with clients, regulatory agencies, and multidisciplinary internal teams.
• Provide technical leadership and quality control for all project deliverables.
• Mentor junior engineers and technical staff to support team growth and development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• 10+ years of experience in water/wastewater engineering design, preferably in consulting.
• Strong expertise in municipal water and wastewater systems design.
• Proven ability to prepare design calculations, specifications, and engineering reports.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity from the specified US office locations.
