What you will do

• Develop creative algorithms for optimal revenue trade-offs in real-time bidding across various auction settings.
• Prototype and evaluate solutions using statistical analysis and simulation.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy and productionize ML solutions.
• Analyze product performance and identify improvement opportunities using causal factors.
• Establish standard methodologies for modeling, coding, analytics, and experimentation.
• Communicate insights to senior management and cross-functional partners to drive feature launches.

Requirements

• Ph.D. or M.S. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Operations Research, or equivalent.
• 4+ years of experience deploying ML models and optimization algorithms in production environments.
• Expertise in observational causal inference or statistical analysis.
• Experience designing and analyzing experiments to measure production ML model impact.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Spark.
• Must be authorized to work in the US

Nice to have

• Experience developing Neural Network (NN) algorithms.
• Experience with pricing algorithms for multi-sided real-time marketplaces.
• Expertise in reinforcement learning and causal machine learning.
• Proven track record of leading complex technical projects and translating ambiguous problems into solutions.
