What you will do

• Develop AI solutions to empower primary care physicians and improve patient health outcomes.
• Train and fine-tune AI models using extensive medical records, claims, and prescription data.
• Build working prototypes using novel AI techniques to optimize company operations.
• Redesign data pipelines and systems to handle growing query and data needs.
• Establish engineering standards for code quality, testing, and release packaging.
• Create evaluation metrics and benchmarks to assess AI/ML model performance.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Master's degree in Computer Science or a related quantitative field.
• 6+ years of experience in machine learning and statistical analysis.
• 3+ years of experience with deep learning and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• 3+ years of proficiency with Python.
• Experience with large-scale distributed systems and Spark.
