Salary: $165,000–$185,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage indirect procurement activities across IT, SaaS, AI tools, consulting, and professional services.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to lead sourcing initiatives, vendor selection, and contract negotiations.
• Identify and execute opportunities for cost savings, vendor consolidation, and purchasing efficiency.
• Support RFP/RFQ processes, vendor evaluations, and pricing analysis.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Security teams to ensure vendor governance and compliance.
• Establish and improve procurement processes, approval workflows, and management standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or vendor management.
• Proven experience managing indirect spend categories including IT, SaaS, and software.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and contract management skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Technology, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
