What you will do

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with business unit needs and priorities.
• Lead the full competitive sourcing process, including RFX packages, scorecards, and vendor demos.
• Negotiate contract terms and conditions for agreements, SOWs, amendments, and NDAs.
• Perform ongoing vendor due diligence to identify and mitigate operational, financial, and regulatory risks.
• Manage contract renewals and provide reporting on savings and active projects.
• Collaborate with company affiliates in the U.S., Europe, and Canada to leverage global supplier agreements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business management, accounting, finance, supply chain, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, including sourcing and vendor management.
• Proven track record of achieving savings goals and strong contract negotiating skills.
• Ability to lead difficult conversations and build consensus with stakeholders.
• Experience with automated procurement solutions, including P2P and e-auctions.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. is mandatory; no visa sponsorship available.
