Location: Remote (supporting Toronto-based team; must be able to work overnight hours aligned to Eastern Standard Time, 9:00pm–5:00am PHT)

Salary: PHP 90,000–140,000 per month

What you will do

• Maintain Linux and Windows Server environments, ensuring performance, availability, and security of critical infrastructure.
• Support production Kubernetes clusters, monitoring, and containerized deployments.
• Develop automation scripts using Python to improve operational processes and CI/CD pipelines.
• Troubleshoot networking issues including DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP and participate in incident response rotations.
• Collaborate with DevOps, Networking, and Engineering teams to solve technical challenges and maintain documentation.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Systems Administration, Infrastructure Support, or Production Operations.
• Strong Linux fundamentals and knowledge of virtualization technologies.
• Foundational understanding of networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP).
• Experience with Docker and basic scripting in Python.
• Ability to work overnight hours aligned to Eastern Standard Time (9:00pm–5:00am PHT).
• Fluent English communication skills for collaborating with North American teams.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with infrastructure automation tools.
