What you will do

• Perform remote troubleshooting and monitoring for roadside network devices to ensure peak operational efficiency and uptime.
• Lead the resolution of complex and undefined technical issues, serving as a key member of the dynamic response team.
• Manage the full lifecycle of trouble tickets, including driving, following up, and closure of assigned work orders.
• Maintain meticulous documentation and databases to ensure accurate records of account and equipment status.
• Collaborate with VCC support teams through daily stand-ups, planning, and backlog sessions.
• Review Red-Light Camera images and video to verify equipment functionality and capture quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or 5+ years of experience in Operations and Remote Troubleshooting.
• Ability to work all shifts in a 24/7/365 environment, including rotating on-call coverage.
• Demonstrated expertise in network, data, and remote system troubleshooting.
• Successful completion of the Nlets fingerprinting background assessment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Nice to have

• Agile Scrum Certification (Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Scrum Fundamentals).
• Experience with scripting or programming languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Visual Basic.
• Advanced experience with Power BI Pro and Visio.
