What you will do

• Serve as the primary administrator for Workday Financials, resolving configuration issues and user requests.
• Partner with Finance stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional design specifications.
• Manage Workday semi-annual release cycles, including impact assessment and UAT coordination.
• Deliver system enhancements and process improvements across Financial Accounting, AP, AR, and Procurement modules.
• Maintain system documentation, including configuration guides and business process flows.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Systems on cross-functional initiatives involving HCM and Adaptive Planning.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of hands-on Workday Financials configuration and support experience.
• Proficiency in configuring business processes, validation rules, and security independently.
• Solid understanding of GAAP, month-end close, and AP/AR workflows.
• Experience in business requirements gathering, gap analysis, and writing functional design documents.
• Work visa/immigration sponsorship is not available for this position.

Nice to have

• Workday Pro certification in Financial Management.
• Experience supporting Workday in a publicly traded company with SOX compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with Workday Adaptive Planning, Prism Analytics, or advanced reporting.
