What you will do

• Serve as a subject matter expert for Workday HCM, managing configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of core modules.
• Partner with HR Centers of Excellence and IT to translate business needs into scalable system solutions.
• Execute mass data transactions and manage HRIS change management workflows from intake to UAT.
• Develop and maintain complex reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making across global HR operations.
• Support the evaluation and implementation of emerging HR technologies, including AI-powered tools and digital adoption platforms.
• Administer Workday security roles and ensure compliance with global data privacy and audit requirements.

Requirements

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• 5+ years of progressive HRIS experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or principal analyst role.
• Deep expertise in Workday HCM modules including Core HR, Time and Absence.
• Hands-on experience with EIB data loads, report building, and security administration.
• Proven experience leading large-scale HRIS projects in a global, matrixed organization.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. law.

Nice to have

• Experience with ITSM systems like ServiceNow or JIRA.
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as GDPR and SOX.
• Practical experience with Generative AI or LLMs applied to HR use cases.
• Experience with digital adoption platforms like WalkMe.
