What you will do
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Workday HCM, managing configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of core modules.
- Partner with HR Centers of Excellence and IT to translate business needs into scalable system solutions.
- Execute mass data transactions and manage HRIS change management workflows from intake to UAT.
- Develop and maintain complex reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making across global HR operations.
- Support the evaluation and implementation of emerging HR technologies, including AI-powered tools and digital adoption platforms.
- Administer Workday security roles and ensure compliance with global data privacy and audit requirements.
Requirements
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- 5+ years of progressive HRIS experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or principal analyst role.
- Deep expertise in Workday HCM modules including Core HR, Time and Absence.
- Hands-on experience with EIB data loads, report building, and security administration.
- Proven experience leading large-scale HRIS projects in a global, matrixed organization.
- Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. law.
Nice to have
- Experience with ITSM systems like ServiceNow or JIRA.
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as GDPR and SOX.
- Practical experience with Generative AI or LLMs applied to HR use cases.
- Experience with digital adoption platforms like WalkMe.
