What you will do

• Own and execute a comprehensive end-to-end product strategy, vision, and roadmap aligned with company goals.
• Analyze competitive landscapes and translate market trends into actionable product strategies.
• Conduct deep customer discovery to identify pain points and prioritize high-value features.
• Manage the full product development lifecycle, driving alignment between leadership, engineering, and design.
• Write detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development.
• Define and monitor success metrics and ROI to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience (or 7+ equivalent), preferably with a mix of startup and enterprise environments.
• Proven track record of launching and scaling SaaS products, specifically AI-driven or mar-tech platforms.
• Strong technical acumen and ability to collaborate with engineers on system architecture.
• Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder and customer management.
• Must be based in New York for a hybrid work arrangement.
