What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain features that facilitate user connections across desktop and mobile.
• Engage with game studios and developer partners to address challenges and enrich player experiences.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, product owners, and data scientists to iterate on user-facing ideas.
• Partner with content, marketing, and ML teams to improve ranking and discovery systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a software engineer.
• Proficiency with React, TypeScript, and Python or other modern programming languages.
• Proven track record of shipping incremental features that improve user experience.
• Ability to switch between different technical stacks and learn new ones.
• Experience leading projects, gathering requirements, and mentoring others.
• Strong collaborative skills and a holistic approach to problem-solving.

Nice to have
