Salary: $116,750 – $146,000

What you will do
- Lead the design and architecture of complex, scalable, and high-performance software systems.
- Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using Golang, Python, and TypeScript.
- Implement event-driven integrations using message brokers like NATS.io and Kafka.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes in Azure.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers while fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Utilize AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the USA.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in Go, Python, or similar modern languages.
- Experience with React, TypeScript, and SQL databases like PostgreSQL.
- Strong understanding of microservices, RESTful APIs, and Agile methodologies.
Nice to have
- Experience with time-series databases such as QuestDB or InfluxDB.
- Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog.
