What you will do

• Lead the design and architecture of complex, scalable, and high-performance software systems.
• Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using Golang, Python, and TypeScript.
• Implement event-driven integrations using message brokers like NATS.io and Kafka.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes in Azure.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers while fostering a culture of technical excellence.
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the USA.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in Go, Python, or similar modern languages.
• Experience with React, TypeScript, and SQL databases like PostgreSQL.
• Strong understanding of microservices, RESTful APIs, and Agile methodologies.

Nice to have

• Experience with time-series databases such as QuestDB or InfluxDB.
• Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog.
