What you will do
- Consult with customers to provide technical advice on products to achieve business goals.
- Nurture relationships with key technical personas (VPs, Architects, Admins) as a trusted advisor.
- Facilitate onboarding, create technical success plans, and conduct tailored product demos.
- Perform technical health checks and manage P1 escalations to mitigate risks.
- Optimize customer asset inventory and identify opportunities for environment expansion.
- Collaborate with sales and renewal teams to drive value realization and successful contract renewals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of B2B customer-facing experience in roles like Customer Success or Technical Account Management.
- Current cloud certifications in Microsoft Azure and/or AWS.
- Commitment to obtain Certified Technical Support Professional (NCTSP) certification.
- Must be based in or able to work from the US offices (Hybrid).
