Salary: $165,000–$180,000 per year (including variable pay)

What you will do

  • Own the post-sales customer relationship, including onboarding, health checks, and business reviews.
  • Coordinate with Account Executives and Sales Engineers to manage the customer lifecycle and ensure desired outcomes.
  • Monitor customer support interactions and usage data to maintain an accurate risk profile and health score in Salesforce.
  • Act as a primary liaison for customer escalations, ensuring timely resolution by internal teams.
  • Drive customer attendance to security reviews and hirify.global-sponsored technical meetings.
  • Collaborate with renewal specialists to mitigate churn risk and identify expansion opportunities.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, or Sales Engineering.
  • BS or MS in Computer Science or a related technical field.
  • Strong understanding of Java/JVM, performance tuning, and application deployment models.
  • Demonstrated experience engaging with customers virtually and in-person.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce and Clari.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States (E-Verify participant).
