Location: Hybrid role based in San Francisco, CA or Chicago, IL. Requires in-person onboarding and travel to HQ or Chicago office.

Compensation: $128,000 – $197,000 OTE (varies by location).

• Build long-lasting relationships with enterprise customers as their primary technical advisor.
• Design and influence identity strategies aligned with customer business objectives.
• Proactively identify technical risks and orchestrate mitigation plans.
• Represent customer needs to internal engineering and support teams.
• Mentor peers and contribute to the creation of repeatable technical assets and best practices.
• Drive expansion of the hirify.global footprint through additional use cases and security posture improvements.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience in a technical role.
• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Account Manager, Technical Consultant, or Solution Architect.
• 3+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) including SSO, MFA, or lifecycle management.
• Strong proficiency in identity protocols such as SAML 2.0, OAuth, and OpenID Connect.
• Ability to communicate complex technical topics to stakeholders up to CxO level.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent work experience.

Nice to have

• hirify.global Certified professional or CISSP certification.
• Experience with legacy application integration in hybrid IT environments.
• Knowledge of SaaS deployments like Salesforce, Box, Office 365, or Workday.
