Location: Must be based in New York, NY and authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Salary: $110,000 - $171,000 (base salary)

What you will do
- Provide strategic oversight throughout the entire client journey, from implementation to renewal.
- Partner with Account Executives to deliver quarterly business reviews and align on product roadmap and adoption patterns.
- Act as the internal voice of the client to Product Management, Marketing, and Services teams.
- Diagnose client business operations to prescribe appropriate solutions and drive platform utilization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent service delivery and high client satisfaction.
- Engage with senior-level leaders and C-level management to ensure business objectives are met.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in a client-facing role (or 5 years with an MBA).
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
- Proven track record of managing strategic client segments in wealth management or financial services.
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience cultivating high-performance teams.
- Data-driven mindset with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
