What you will do

• Lead business development efforts, including strategy, prospect identification, and proposal preparation.
• Manage the successful delivery of multi-million-dollar water-related infrastructure projects.
• Interact with clients to promote company services and advance the market footprint.
• Oversee engineering managers and establish project performance goals.
• Manage project financials, including budgeting, invoicing, and commercial performance reviews.
• Mentor and coach staff to improve performance and identify professional growth opportunities.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in business development and project management.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline.
• Professional Engineering License.
• Proven technical understanding of Wastewater and Water markets.
• Visa sponsorship is not available.
• Must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding, including criminal background checks and drug screens.
