What you will do

• Manage all program logistics including venue selection, contract negotiations, and vendor management.
• Plan and execute live, virtual, and hybrid events, including platform configuration and rehearsals.
• Oversee budgeting, financial forecasting, and reconciliation of pass-through costs.
• Build and customize registration websites and attendee communication materials using Cvent.
• Lead and mentor a team of meeting services professionals, focusing on career development and training.
• Participate in new business pitches and assess vendors for efficiency and fit.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 12 years of experience in a pharmaceutical hospitality role.
• Proven experience planning live, virtual, or hybrid meetings.
• Proficiency with Cvent or similar registration platforms and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to travel up to 25-30% annually.
• Must be based in the USA.
