What you will do

  • Act as the primary HR advisor for managers and employees across EMEA on development, policies, and people practices.
  • Manage complex employee relations and ensure compliance with local labor laws, with specific depth in UK employment law.
  • Own HR operational excellence, including employee data maintenance, contracts, and the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Champion company culture and DEI goals, facilitating engagement initiatives based on survey insights.
  • Support workforce planning, performance management, talent development, and organizational design.
  • Partner with Legal, Finance, and external advisors on cross-functional HR projects.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Senior HR Business Partner supporting teams across EMEA.
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR practices.
  • Experience in fast-paced, multinational tech environments.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS/HCM systems such as Workday, SuccessFactors, or BambooHR.
  • Ability and willingness to travel internationally as required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR or a related field.
