What you will do

• Lead project execution for mixed-signal products from bring-up to production release.
• Manage post-silicon activities including validation, characterization, and qualification.
• Coordinate wafer and hardware planning to ensure project success.
• Resolve roadblocks and manage risks to meet quality standards and budget.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing and customers to align goals and communications.
• Develop and deploy methodologies to improve overall program performance and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of project management experience within an IC manufacturer or silicon environment.
• Basic knowledge of post-silicon validation, characterization, and manufacturing for mixed-signal IC products.
• Strong fundamentals in project management.
• Must be able to access technical data without requiring an export license (restricted for nationals of embargoed countries).

Nice to have

• Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project.
• 3+ years of experience specifically leading post-silicon activities for sophisticated IC projects.
• Experience with full product development cycles from concept to production.
