What you will do

• Manage the 360 recruitment process from initial sourcing to contract signing.
• Develop and nurture strong professional relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.
• Engage with and provide guidance to candidates throughout the hiring journey.
• Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to effectively advise clients and candidates.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a 360 Recruiter, ideally within specialist professional sectors.
• Strong understanding of the full recruitment life cycle.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment targets.
• Effective communication skills and ability to build long-term relationships.
• Fluent English proficiency is required for working in an international environment.
• Based in Berlin.
