What you will do

• Develop and implement creative employer branding concepts for internal and external audiences.
• Create and maintain engaging content for career pages, social media, and job platforms.
• Manage operational recruiting tasks, including interview coordination and applicant tracking in Personio.
• Organize and participate in trade fairs, university events, and employer branding initiatives.
• Design and implement structured onboarding processes and individual plans for new hires.
• Analyze target group behavior to derive and execute effective communication strategies.

Requirements

• Degree or vocational training in HR, marketing, or communications.
• Several years of professional experience in employer branding, personnel marketing, or social media recruiting.
• Proven experience in content creation and cross-channel storytelling.
• Proficiency in applicant management and conducting interviews.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a structured, solution-oriented manner.
• Must be based in or able to work from Ochtrup, Germany.
