What you will do
- Partner with hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles and specific hiring needs.
- Execute advanced sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, Boolean searches, social media, and professional networks.
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
- Conduct initial outreach and pre-qualification to assess candidate fit and interest.
- Utilize market research and competitive intelligence to inform and refine recruitment strategies.
- Manage candidate data within the ATS and support employer branding initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in end-to-end talent sourcing within in-house, agency, or RPO models.
- Recruitment experience across Product, Tech, or Business domains.
- Track record of successfully building pipelines for both active and passive candidates.
- Ability to collect and analyze data to measure the impact of hiring initiatives.
- Fluent English proficiency (verbal and written).
- Comfort working within a fast-paced, international startup environment.
