What you will do

• Manage end-to-end payroll processes for over 600 employees across North American geographies.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of P60s, P11ds, and year-end completions.
• Prepare and coordinate payroll data for internal and external audits.
• Collaborate with HR and ADP to optimize system usage and improve reporting for the Finance team.
• Process pension payments and manage all payroll-related queries via the ADP portal.
• Maintain up-to-date policies and procedures ensuring compliance with GDPR and statutory laws.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading a payroll team.
• Expertise with ADP Celargo.
• Deep knowledge of payroll laws, taxation, and regulations.
• Proven ability to manage collaborative teams across multiple business units.
• Experience managing tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
