Location: Hybrid; must be based in or able to commute to the headquarters in Nottingham, UK (minimum 2 days a week)

What you will do

• Develop the annual budget by compiling and tracking data to ensure costs stay on track across multiple global events.
• Ensure all orders, commissions, and invoices are accurately raised and coded on time.
• Review and refine monthly cost reports to provide financial oversight.
• Convert budget data into meaningful reports to highlight spending patterns and guide strategic decision making.
• Collaborate with the Accounts team and departmental managers to maintain clarity and control over budgets.
• Assertively hold managers accountable for appropriate and effective spending.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in managing and tracking budgets.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and accounting methodology.
• Ability to confidently articulate and present financial information to managers of all levels.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift frequently.
• Ability to work from the Nottingham office at least 2 days per week.
