TL;DR
Head of Customer Activation (Insurtech): Leading the Customer Activation function, including implementation, data migration, and PMO, to ensure exceptional customer onboarding experiences. Focus on designing delivery frameworks, optimizing onboarding cycle times, and managing high-level strategic customer relationships.
Location: Hybrid: Must be based in or be able to commute to Worcester, UK (minimum 50% in-office attendance)

What you will do
- Define and execute the Customer Activation strategy and delivery methodologies across all platforms.
- Lead the Implementation, Data Migration, and Programme & Project Management teams.
- Drive cross-functional alignment with Product, Technology, Commercial, and Operations teams.
- Standardize and automate processes to reduce onboarding cycle time and improve customer satisfaction.
- Manage executive-level relationships for complex or strategic customers.
- Coach and mentor team members to support their professional development.
Requirements
- IT-related degree or equivalent professional qualification.
- Extensive experience leading customer onboarding, PMO, or delivery functions within enterprise-scale organizations.
- Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and change management.
- Proven experience in people management, coaching, and budget oversight.
- PRINCE2 Practitioner or equivalent certification (preferred).
- Must be able to attend the Worcester office for at least 50% of working hours.
