Location: Hybrid (London, UK) - 3 days/week in office

What you will do

• Lead technical onboarding for new clients, covering integration, data connectivity, and configuration.
• Deliver client training sessions and knowledge-sharing workshops as part of onboarding.
• Provide proactive technical support and troubleshooting for global banking and asset management clients.
• Execute professional services deliverables aligned with agreed scope, timelines, and SLAs.
• Collaborate with CSMs and AEs to drive renewals and expansions through technical validation.
• Analyze client usage patterns and feedback to identify product improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Experience in financial services, ESG, or climate-risk data domains.
• Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, JIRA, or similar.
• Prior exposure to working with geospatial data.
• Flexibility with travel for client visits.
• Must be based in or be able to work from the London office 3 days per week.
