What you will do

• Provide expert guidance on platform capabilities, technical best practices, and technical roadmap planning.
• Conduct regular technical health reviews assessing system performance, architecture, integrations, and security posture.
• Act as the technical voice of the customer internally, representing their needs to product and engineering teams.
• Proactively identify technical risks such as capacity constraints, performance degradation, and scaling bottlenecks.
• Advise on integration strategies, API usage patterns, and architectural approaches for connecting the platform to customer ecosystems.
• Support customers through security audits, penetration testing, and compliance requirements like SOC 2 and GDPR.

Requirements

• 5-8+ years of technical experience in software engineering, solutions architecture, or technical consulting.
• Strong understanding of enterprise software architecture, APIs, integrations, and distributed systems.
• Experience with AWS and modern cloud architectures.
• Proven ability to build trust-based relationships with technical stakeholders and executives (CTOs, VPs of Engineering).
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues across multiple domains.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom to support the hybrid work model.
