What you will do

• Deliver global talent and performance processes, including the annual performance cycle.
• Contribute to talent reviews and succession planning activities across various markets.
• Support the global engagement agenda, including survey coordination and insight generation.
• Assist in the design and delivery of learning and development (L&D) initiatives.
• Partner with local HR teams to ensure global frameworks are effectively implemented.
• Utilize data and analytics to generate insights and track organizational progress.

Requirements

• Experience in HR, talent management, or organizational development.
• Understanding of core HR processes such as performance management and L&D programs.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Fluency in English.
• Must be based in or able to work from the global headquarters in Amsterdam.
