What you will do

• Track and document changes to official tax forms and government guidance.
• Research and prioritize customer-reported bugs and feedback for tax products.
• Maintain and update tax products to ensure accurate and compliant content.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with SME Product Managers and Engineering to improve user experience.
• Review work of team members to ensure quality and precision.

Requirements

• Must be based in Utah (UT), USA.
• Strong reading comprehension skills for reviewing complex government forms and instructions.
• Very strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Ability to learn quickly and work with minimal supervision.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat for preparing and editing PDF forms.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel logic.
• Post-secondary education in accounting, finance, tax, legal, history, languages, or philosophy.
• Familiarity with AI and ability to automate tasks.
