What you will do
- Manage the accuracy and completeness of partner data, including commercial terms and API usage.
- Produce and deliver regular partner usage reports and resolve data discrepancies.
- Support partner contract management, including usage validation and invoice reconciliation with Finance.
- Develop and refine standardized onboarding, reporting, and operational playbooks.
- Surface partner feedback and usage insights to Product and Engineering teams to inform the roadmap.
Requirements
- 1-5 years of experience in partner, customer, or revenue operations, ideally in SaaS or data-driven environments.
- Strong proficiency in working with usage data, reporting, and metrics.
- Familiarity with commercial workflows such as contracts, invoicing, renewals, or SLAs.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product and GTM teams in fast-moving environments.
- Must be based in the United Kingdom.
- AI fluency is a baseline expectation; ability to use AI to accelerate workflows and solve problems.
