TL;DR

Overhead Transmission Line Project Engineering Manager (Power Engineering): Leading multi-discipline teams to manage design services and EPC programs for high-voltage overhead transmission lines with an accent on design quality, budget, and schedule. Focus on driving technical solutions for complex power infrastructure projects and overseeing the entire project lifecycle.

Location: Hybrid (Must be based in the US). Relocation is available.

What you will do

  • Lead multi-discipline teams of engineers and technicians to ensure project deliverables are met.
  • Manage diverse EPC programs and design services for high-voltage overhead transmission lines.
  • Oversee project budgets, schedules, and design quality across multiple technical disciplines.
  • Conduct research for equipment recommendations and perform complex engineering calculations.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify key drivers and support business development and proposal activities.
  • Handle management responsibilities including hiring, discipline, and pay administration for subordinates.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited program.
  • Minimum of 5 years of related professional work experience.
  • Experience managing EPC or design services for investor-owned utilities in the US.
  • Strong proficiency in PLS-CADD, line routing, structural loading, and foundation design.
  • Visa sponsorship is not available.
  • P.E. License is highly preferred.
