Location: Hybrid (London, Ontario) - Office attendance required every Thursday
Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 CAD

is a software company providing Enterprise Asset Management and planning solutions for local and regional governments across North America.
What you will do
- Manage HR administration, including employment letters, onboarding packages, and employee lifecycle activities.
- Process and manage payroll for employees in Canada and the USA.
- Coordinate new hire orientation, onboarding schedules, and track probationary milestones.
- Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS and conduct regular data audits.
- Administer the company's health and safety program and coordinate required training.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, wellness activities, and recognition programs.
Requirements
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Human Resources.
- 1-2 years of work experience in a direct HR role.
- Exposure to payroll environments in Canada and/or the USA.
- Working knowledge of HR practices and employment standards.
- Must be based in or able to work hybrid in London, Ontario (office required every Thursday).
Nice to have
- CHRP designation or working towards it.
- Experience with HRIS and payroll systems, specifically ADP and Payworks.
- Experience with full-cycle recruitment.
