TL;DR
Senior Workday HRIS Analyst (Workday): Managing and optimizing Workday Compensation and Payroll modules to enable scalable and compliant global processes with an accent on system configuration and process optimization. Location: Hybrid position based in Montreal, Canada. Relocation support and work visa sponsorship are not available.

What you will do
- Serve as the senior functional and technical owner for Workday Compensation (including Advanced Compensation) and Payroll.
- Lead the design, configuration, and enhancement of compensation and payroll processes to ensure scalability and compliance.
- Drive annual and off-cycle compensation planning activities, including merit, bonus, stock, and promotion processes.
- Independently manage medium- to large-scale projects, from requirement gathering to post-production support.
- Troubleshoot complex system issues and implement sustainable, scalable solutions based on Workday best practices.
Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on Workday experience with deep expertise in Compensation and Payroll modules.
- Proven experience leading Workday implementations, enhancements, or module rollouts.
- Deep understanding of end-to-end compensation, payroll, HR, and Total Rewards processes on a global scale.
- Ability to independently drive complex workstreams and make sound configuration decisions with minimal oversight.
- Professional proficiency in English for regular communication with global colleagues and partners.
Nice to have
- Workday Pro Certification in Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Payroll, or Core HCM.
- Experience with Time Tracking modules.
- Prior involvement in at least one end-to-end global Workday implementation.
