What you will do

• Overhaul existing customer communications, including CRM, email, SMS, and in-app copy.
• Take messaging from functional and direct to value-additive and relationship-driven.
• Work closely with Product, Design, Growth, and Customer Insights teams to build trust and engagement.
• Drive customer growth and build brand affinity through creative organic content (e.g., social media).

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in creative marketing with a focus on organic growth and a copy lean.
• Proven track record with organic channels like email, SMS, and social.
• Experience working with consumer brands.
• A portfolio showcasing both writing and creative craft.
• Bachelor's Degree.
