What you will do

• Lead tracking and reporting of business performance, including revenue, profit, and customer lifetime value.
• Develop scalable reporting templates and business intelligence infrastructure.
• Partner with Analytics and FP&A teams to streamline data processes and improve infrastructure.
• Create business cases and models for high-impact, company-wide initiatives.
• Support international expansion strategy through opportunity sizing and planning.
• Communicate financial projections and performance insights to support executive decision-making.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Consumer Analytics, SP&A, FP&A, or management consulting/investment banking in Media/Tech/Telecom.
• Expertise in customer lifetime value methodology and forecasting.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with strong presentation design skills.
• Experience with cohort/growth models and discounted cash flow analysis.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot.
• Must be able to work in the New York office Monday through Thursday.

• Familiarity with dashboarding tools like Tableau or Looker.
• Coding skills.
