Location: Must be based in New York, United States (Hybrid: in-office Monday through Thursday).
Salary: $150,000 – $170,000 annually.

What you will do
- Lead tracking and reporting of business performance, including revenue, profit, and customer lifetime value.
- Develop scalable reporting templates and business intelligence infrastructure.
- Partner with Analytics and FP&A teams to streamline data processes and improve infrastructure.
- Create business cases and models for high-impact, company-wide initiatives.
- Support international expansion strategy through opportunity sizing and planning.
- Communicate financial projections and performance insights to support executive decision-making.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Consumer Analytics, SP&A, FP&A, or management consulting/investment banking in Media/Tech/Telecom.
- Expertise in customer lifetime value methodology and forecasting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with strong presentation design skills.
- Experience with cohort/growth models and discounted cash flow analysis.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot.
- Must be able to work in the New York office Monday through Thursday.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with dashboarding tools like Tableau or Looker.
- Coding skills.
- Experience with international markets and growth strategy.
