What you will do
- Set and execute the integrated marketing strategy for the Complex+ audience on a semi-annual and ongoing basis.
- Deliver a portfolio of campaigns in collaboration with PMM, product, and growth teams to ensure consistency and alignment.
- Manage departmental budgets and channel capacity, ensuring allocation aligns with business priorities.
- Partner closely with the Sales team to plan and deliver programs that drive aggressive growth.
- Monitor and report on performance metrics, providing strategic updates to senior leadership.
- Lead the optimization of marketing campaigns as either a thought partner or operator.
Requirements
- Experience leading B2B marketing at scale, ideally within tech, fintech, or financial services.
- Proven track record of building and leading diverse, inclusive teams.
- Experience managing multi-million-pound budgets and channel portfolios.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools such as Looker and spreadsheets.
- Must be based in London for hybrid office and home-based working.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and align marketing strategies with business objectives.
