Salary: £93,500 - £123,500 + Incentive Awards

What you will do

  • Set and execute the integrated marketing strategy for the Complex+ audience on a semi-annual and ongoing basis.
  • Deliver a portfolio of campaigns in collaboration with PMM, product, and growth teams to ensure consistency and alignment.
  • Manage departmental budgets and channel capacity, ensuring allocation aligns with business priorities.
  • Partner closely with the Sales team to plan and deliver programs that drive aggressive growth.
  • Monitor and report on performance metrics, providing strategic updates to senior leadership.
  • Lead the optimization of marketing campaigns as either a thought partner or operator.

Requirements

  • Experience leading B2B marketing at scale, ideally within tech, fintech, or financial services.
  • Proven track record of building and leading diverse, inclusive teams.
  • Experience managing multi-million-pound budgets and channel portfolios.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with tools such as Looker and spreadsheets.
  • Must be based in London for hybrid office and home-based working.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and align marketing strategies with business objectives.
