What you will do

• Deliver live workshops, training sessions, and learner interactions.
• Create educational content, assessments, and project-based learning materials.
• Design practical exercises, guides, and reference resources.
• Help define curriculum structure, learning objectives, and competency frameworks.
• Review content for technical accuracy and industry relevance.
• Collaborate with instructional designers to improve learning outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or ML Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Python and core ML stack (Scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy).
• Hands-on experience building and evaluating ML models in real-world environments.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) is required.
• Availability to collaborate within European time zones.
• Ability to dedicate 10–15 hours per week.

Nice to have

• Background in ML advocacy, tech leadership, or public speaking.
• Proficiency in Russian or Spanish.
• Experience creating competency maps or learning roadmaps.
