What you will do

• Lead all daily on-site operations, including human resources, accounting, leasing, marketing, and maintenance.
• Develop and execute annual renewal and marketing campaigns to achieve leasing goals.
• Manage the property budget, ensuring expenses remain within limits and obtaining approvals for overages.
• Oversee all Turn activities to ensure a successful and smooth seasonal transition.
• Implement new security protocols and systems in collaboration with the maintenance team.
• Manage and empower on-site employees to exceed their job responsibilities.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in leasing or operations within the student housing or residential property management industry.
• Proven experience in people management and the ability to motivate a team.
• Exceptional track record in customer service and resident relations.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
