Digital Partner Head, Taste Texture & Health Business Unit

What you will do

• Lead the Digital & Technology strategy for the Taste, Texture & Health business unit as a CIO/CTO-like business partner.
• Translate business priorities, value drivers, and end-to-end value chains into a digital vision, roadmap, and execution plan.
• Identify opportunities for digital, data, and AI to support growth, innovation, efficiency, and competitive advantage.
• Assess the technology landscape and define target-state architectures across platforms, data, and enterprise capabilities.
• Lead and prioritize the Digital & Technology portfolio while aligning business-unit needs with global strategy.
• Drive ERP and enterprise-wide digital transformation programs, coordinating stakeholders across global functions, manufacturing, and digital teams.

Requirements

• Extensive Digital & Technology leadership experience in a business-partner, CIO, or CTO-like role.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of strategy, value drivers, go-to-market, supply chain, and operations.
• Proven experience translating business strategy into digital strategy, roadmaps, execution, and measurable value.
• Experience leading large-scale ERP and enterprise-wide digital transformation programs focused on business outcomes.
• Strong understanding of digital platforms, data, and AI, with the ability to apply them pragmatically.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and operate effectively in a complex global matrix organization.
