What you will do

• Act as the digital and technology leader (CIO/CTO) for the TTH Business Unit to enable growth and efficiency.
• Translate business strategy into a clear digital vision and a multi-year technology roadmap.
• Identify and implement high-impact opportunities for digital, data, and AI across the end-to-end value chain.
• Define target state architectures, balancing existing capabilities with the introduction of new solutions.
• Lead large-scale business transformation programs, specifically focusing on ERP and AI deployments.
• Collaborate within a complex global matrix organization to ensure scalability and reuse of solutions.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in Digital & Technology leadership, having served in CIO/CTO-like roles.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze value drivers and end-to-end value chains.
• Proven track record of translating business strategy into execution and value realization.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide digital transformations, particularly ERP programs.
• Pragmatic understanding of modern digital platforms, data, and AI technologies.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and operate effectively in a global matrix environment.
