Program Manager (Software Escrow)

What you will do

• Plan, coordinate, and drive multiple cross-functional projects from inception through completion.
• Translate project ideas into executable plans and support strategic business initiatives.
• Track progress, set deadlines, and keep projects aligned with their goals.
• Coordinate communication between teams and department heads.
• Identify obstacles, solve problems, and take decisive action to keep initiatives moving.
• Drive continuous improvement and deliver projects to a high standard.

Requirements

• Experience in project management or product management with a strong problem-solving focus.
• Proficiency with contemporary web tools such as Zapier, Linear, and Google Docs.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English is required.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, analytical, and prioritization skills.
• Proactive, adaptable, pragmatic, and willing to take hands-on ownership of challenges.
