Senior ERP Demand Process Manager (ERP)

Location: Sevenum, Netherlands. Work-from-home may be arranged where office presence is not required, including up to 20 days per year anywhere in the EU.

What you will do

• Own and continuously improve the demand management process across the assigned Enterprise Systems domain.
• Coordinate the full demand lifecycle, from reviewing incoming requests to guiding stakeholders through governance.
• Maintain accurate portfolio data and workflows in Jira or comparable portfolio management tools.
• Organize demand review meetings, prepare decision materials, document outcomes, and track follow-up actions.
• Build dashboards, KPI reports, and pipeline insights to improve portfolio transparency and identify risks.
• Improve workflows, templates, and governance standards to create a scalable demand management framework.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Demand Management, Portfolio Management, PMO, or Process Management.
• Experience working in a complex Enterprise Systems environment.
• Experience with Jira or comparable portfolio management tools.
• Understanding of governance processes that support planning and delivery.
• Ability to structure complex processes, review incomplete requests, and collaborate across business and IT.
