What you will do

Manage clients and lead multiple projects, collaborating with internal MEP/FP teams to meet architect and owner objectives.
Drive business development by identifying prospective markets, soliciting new work, and implementing strategic goals for the San Antonio office.
Provide technical mentorship to electrical design staff and oversee quality assurance and quality control of assigned projects.
Lead high-profile technical programs and project management activities.
Support proposal activities, including technical writing, fee generation, and alignment of project technical staff.
Participate in recruitment and interview processes for technical role candidates.

Requirements

Must be based in San Antonio, TX (On-site).
20+ years of experience with complex building electrical systems across diverse market sectors.
Registered Professional Engineering (PE) license required.
B.S. in Electrical Engineering or similar ABET-accredited engineering program.
Expertise in MEP engineering, power distribution, and application of IBC, SBC, NFPA, NEC, and IEEE standards.
Willingness to travel +/-20%.

Nice to have

Experience with SKM/ETAP or other electrical system modelling software.
Knowledge of Revit and its use as a production resource tool.
