What you will do

• Develop and manage startup packages and detailed startup schedules.
• Oversee construction completion and manage turnover from startup to operations and the client.
• Perform thorough system walk-downs to verify installation per design and operational feasibility.
• Provide functional direction and supervision to discipline engineers, technicians, and craft staff.
• Ensure all plant equipment complies with project contracts and supplier requirements.
• Maintain safety and quality standards in a safety-sensitive construction environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant startup experience preferred.
• OSHA 10 Hour Training certification.
• Ability to perform hard physical labor in extreme weather conditions (12-hour shifts).
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in confined spaces or at heights.
• Visa sponsorship is not available.
