Salary: $60,000 – $80,000 per year + bonuses + equity

What you will do

• Implement ACO initiatives and products under market leadership direction.
• Execute Practice Transformation Plans, focusing on wellness visits and transitions of care.
• Train physicians and office staff on value-based care processes and technologies.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare executives and providers to enhance quality performance.
• Collect and relay practice concerns to management to identify improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Must be a resident of Oregon.
• College degree or 4-6 years of relevant medical practice management experience.
• 3+ years of experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR).
• Ability to travel within Southern Oregon approximately 25% of the year.
• Strong communication, project management, and team-building skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with process mapping and work-flow analysis tools.
• Advanced computer skills and proficiency in learning new software.
