What you will do

• Lead evidence generation strategies for clinical programs covering neurodevelopmental disorders and genomic newborn screening.
• Oversee clinical and translational research projects using internal data, managing a team of clinical program managers.
• Establish and manage strategic collaborations with academic institutions, research organizations, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).
• Manage the development and submission of scientific manuscripts, abstracts, and posters.
• Act as a subject matter expert for rare diseases and genomic diagnostics, providing medical support for FDA and regulatory submissions.
• Mentor and lead a team of clinical program managers, handling resource allocation and performance feedback.

Requirements

• PhD or MD with ABMGG board certification in clinical molecular genetics or laboratory genetics and genomics.
• 10+ years of experience in a clinical laboratory or industry role as a board-certified ABMGG fellow.
• 5+ years of experience in medical affairs, clinical development, and leading research in molecular diagnostics for rare diseases.
• Strong publication record and expertise in clinical genetics.
• Proven experience leading teams and managing cross-functional collaborators.
• Must be based in the US to be eligible for corporate benefits.
